How do I care for my hat?

Spot cleaning is recommended as these hats contain wool. With use, your items may need to be reshaped. Carefully pull on the top and bottom to bring the item back to its original shape.

What is the current turnaround time?

The current turnaround time is 2-3 weeks.

When will my order ship?

Your item should be delivered within 3-5 days of shipping. You should receive a shipping confirmation once your item has been shipped. Simply Stitched Shop is not responsible for items after they have shipped.

Refunds/Exchanges

All sales are final. Each item is custom made for you based on your order form. These items are handmade, therefore each item varies. If there is an error on our part, please email simplystitchedknits@gmail.com. We will work together to solve the problem so you will be a happy customer.
